Terms and Conditions So that your visits to CigarWorld.pt can be more pleasant and, above all, more protected, it is important that you know our Terms and Conditions.
They represent with clarity the commitment that we assume with the market, and are of obligatory knowledge of the Customers who register in CigarWorld.pt.
To be more conscientious of your rights and duties while User, please read them.
General conditions of Use

Definition of
the Used Terms
CigarWorld.pt – registered mark of CigarWorld, Lda.
User and/or Customer - person who, through Internet, accesses to CigarWorld.pt, using the several available services, buying, or not, any product.
Purchaser - user who accesses to cigarworld.pt pages and, after register, places a valid order of purchase.
Product - any good that can be bought, or of any form acquired through CigarWorld.pt.
Internet - global net of data constituted by linked nets using TCP/IP («Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol»).

Use of the Service The user agrees to use CigarWorld.pt according to the laws and applicable regulations to this type of service and the Terms and Conditions established here. CigarWorld.pt will be able, at any time, to modify these Terms and Conditions through the informative note publication, which always will be given to the user. Users will not be able to access to the Service for the following reasons:
- Practice of fraudulent acts or which result in criminal offence;
- Attempt to/or to modify any content of CigarWorld.pt;
- Transmission of any material or message that contains viruses, which may cause any damage or aim to contaminating effect.

The user of CIGARWORLD.PT and possible purchaser accepts and recognizes that the entrance, navigation and any purchase made in CIGARWORLD.PT, is of his entire responsibility, not being able to demand CIGARWORLD.PT by any damage that can occur to him for the use of the service, including contamination with viruses.

The user has the right to cancel the contract with CigarWorld.pt, in a minimum period of 14 days, according to the law DL 143/2001. CigarWorld, Lda will make a constant technical effort to keep the highest level of security in the transactions with the Purchaser, in every way it can control. However, CigarWorld, Lda cannot guarantee the total security on the Internet.

CIGARWORLD.PT can communicate with its users through a notice placed in the pages, through email or normal post office, to the addresses indicated by the customers. The customer/user authorizes CIGARWORLD.PT to use the supplied personal data, as well as using the current information of the consultations and transactions, for administrative and statistical automatic processing and for future presentation of its products and services. The user can always access to his information, for update or removal through the contacts indicated in nº 5.

The User of CIGARWORLD.PT is only responsible for the creation and changing of its identification while user/customer, code of access and PIN, also being able to modify them when he understands that there are security reasons that justify it.
8.
The user agrees to use CIGARWORLD.PT accordingly to the laws and applicable regulations in Portugal to this type of service and the Terms and Conditions enunciated here. CIGARWORLD.PT will be able, at any time, to modify these conditions, which always will be told to the user.

It is completely interdict to the user the service access with the intention of fraudulent practices and criminally punishable, in particular to transmit informatics virus or change the web site content.
10.
CigarWorld can prohibit the access and use of its web site without previous notification, whenever the user does not comply with its conditions or interferes with its working procedure; the website is not allowed to persons under 18 years old.

The sale of tobacco is prohibited to people under 18 years old, Law nº 37-2007
12.
The articles sold by CigarWorld are only intended to private persons and they include all the intrinsic taxes, according to the Portuguese Law. CigarWorld is not responsible for any additional taxes practised in other countries.
13.
To this contract it is applied the Portuguese Law, being certain that in case of emergent litigation of the interpretation and/or application of the present contract; the parts agree that the Judicial Court of the Judicial district of Lisbon will be competent, with resignation to any others that for law are capable. In the case CigarWorld.pt have to appeal to the complaints or related shares judicial with the use of the CIGARWORLD.PT, its user will be responsible for the court costs, lawyer's fees and other administrative incumbencies.
